FAQs

What brand window tint do you offer?

We exclusively offer XPEL Prime™ automotive window film. This nano-ceramic window tint provides protection from UV and reduces cabin heat in the summer while working as an insulator during colder weather months.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. XPEL warrants against fading, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, and delamination for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle. The obligation of XPEL under this warranty is limited to replacement of products not conforming to the warranty.

When can I roll down my windows?

Do not roll down your windows for 3-5 days after installation. This will allow time for the film adhesive to cure. A reminder sticker will be placed on your window buttons to remind you and prevent you from accidentally rolling them down.

When can I wash my windows?

Window film is installed on the inside of your vehicle. You can wash the outside of your windows right away but do not clean the inside glass until fully cured. Visual changes after installation are a normal part of the adhesive bonding process.

How long does it take to cure?

When the haziness or water pockets have disappeared, the film is considered dry or cured and it is safe to be cleaned. Depending on the film type and weather conditions, it may take up to 30 days for the film to fully cure.

What cleaning solution should I use?

You may clean the inside window surface with any normal ammonia-free automotive glass cleaner. Abrasive cleaners, Industrial Strength Glass Cleaners and/or any other window cleaning tools may scratch the window film.
